The seller isn't responding
Hello everyone, on December 28 I bought a 2010 MacBook from a seller and it was supposed to arrive yesterday, but when I checked the status I see that it has not been shipped yet and I message the seller, who seems to have disappeared into thin air. Now yesterday I submitted a refund request but it was rejected and subsequently closed. So I don’t know if it’s normal that he’s not replying or that he’s rejecting the refund request I’m attaching the aforementioned order
