The seller isn't responding to the numerous messages, tracking is incorrect, shipment hasn't arrived.
The seller isn't responding to messages, the package still hasn't arrived, and the tracking provided doesn't match anything. How should I proceed? Thanks

OP2 years agoThe tracking number does not correspond to any useful page. The item is shown as shipped, but no other information has been provided. The seller is not responding to my many emails. I need the item urgently; the purchase dates back to March 28, 2024. It does not seem possible to just wait passively. Very poor behavior. In addition, I would like to contact ebay for assistance and I can't get through to a toll-free number; I don't have an address to get clarification. What is ebay for if it provides no support??? Thank you

Sika attached a page for you, where they explain everything you need to do. If you had at least scrolled all the way to the bottom, you would have also found the link to get eBay customer service to call you (the toll-free number has not been active for years).

Besides the way ebay can help you, if you had scrolled all the way to the bottom you would also have found the way to contact ebay.
Don’t get fixated on the way you “think” you’ll find it, but focus on what you actually see written.
