The seller neither responds nor cancels
The seller doesn’t reply to my messages or cancel my order. I know he’s reading them because I wrote to him from another profile and he replied right away! What should I do? Will I get my money back? If he ships it and I don’t pick it up, does the package go back to him and I get refunded? He doesn’t accept returns, but I don’t want to take his package anymore!

Mentore2 years agoThe seller is under no obligation to accept your request to cancel the order.
If the seller doesn't want to do what you ask, there's no point replying to you.
If you refuse the package, you will not receive any refund. You will lose both the money and the item.
On eBay there are few and simple rules, and you should read them before playing at shopping.

OP2 years agoHow come I don’t have a refund? Well, he behaved strangely. Can he mark it as shipped and therefore accepted? Strangely, the order shows me two different screens, one with the item being prepared, the other with the item delivered to the point. Can he control all of that himself? It’s not my first purchase on Ebay and it’s the first time this has happened to me. I’ll go to the pickup point and if the package really isn’t there? Will they refund me for the item not received?

Mentore2 years agoHe can't handle anything. The status of the shipment matches the carrier's tracking for the code he entered into the system.
If the package does not show as delivered (and the delivery time has expired), open a refund request through eBay: https://www.ebay.it/help/buying/returns-items-not-received-refunds-buyers/ottieni-aiuto-per-un-oggetto-che-non-arrivato?id=4042&st=7
If the package shows as delivered to the pickup point and they lost it there, the pickup point will have to refund you.

OP2 years agoHi, I’m back, and this is pretty strange. The package shows as shipped on the 10th, delivered on the 11th (Naples - Comiso! Impossible in 1 day!!!) but there’s nothing at the pickup point! How can that be? I go back the next day, still nothing! Where is the package? Do I call now and get refunded?

OP2 years agoAlso, why do I have two different screens for this order, one with the package never having been in transit and the other with the package delivered! Never happened! Usually, shipped, in transit, ready, SMS that never arrived and picked up at the moment I sign and collect it! Something's fishy to me!!!
