I purchased on 29.03.2025 the following item IRON MAIDEN THE BOOK OF SOULS 2CD DELUXE LIMITED EDITION 2015. The seller as of today, 22.04.2025, has still not processed the order so it can be shipped. I contacted them asking for reasons for the delay and received no response from them. I tried to cancel the order, but after a few days, I think as a system routine, I received a refusal. Why then do I not see the negative feedback I gave.

You don't need to ask to cancel the order, you need to ask for a refund because you didn't receive the item within the timeframe stated in the listing.
