Sales image different from the product sold
Hello, I purchased a Kanken Fjallraven backpack on July 2. I selected a color and the image that appeared representing the product was in every respect original. So I went ahead with the purchase. Looking later at the images of the backpacks in other colors, I noticed that in some cases the logo is counterfeit, so I have doubts that the backpack is authentic. However, the image that was supposed to represent the product for sale in most colors showed the logo and an original backpack, thus misleading me. I am therefore wondering, given the not very transparent sale, whether the shipping costs for the return must or must not be at my expense. Thank you.

Mentore3 years agoHello,
if the item matches what was described, the return, if accepted, will be at your expense because it is a change of mind.
If instead it is clearly not as described, then the return will be at the seller's expense.
So, if it hasn't been shipped yet, it would be best to try to request a cancellation if you already have these serious doubts.
Kind regards.
