I don't understand why, with every full refund paid to the buyer (during the 3-day resolution period between buyer and seller), I always have to be charged an extra 35 cents on top of the amount I received net of earnings. Customer service didn't even understand the question during the phone call.

The fixed amount of EUR 0.35 per order is reimbursed only to professional sellers.Private individuals always pay it, even on refunds.Kind regards.
