Mentore7 months agoThere are no limits. There is an EU directive that requires platforms to report to the tax authority sellers who exceed certain volumes (30 sales or 2000 euros), but these limits have no meaning from a tax point of view.
If you buy and sell with the aim of making a profit, even putting up a single item for sale (as a private individual) would be illegal.
For the buying and selling of used material, there is the VAT margin scheme.
If you sell items that you bought years ago, that you used and then ended up in the cellar, you can sell as many as you want as a private individual. At most, you'll have to justify their provenance in the event of tax checks.
