Unable to attach photos to a seller request in the messages section

Good evening. Maybe it's me, but unfortunately a seller is dragging out a refund and asked me in the messages section to attach a photo of a non-functioning item, which I can't do because I don't see the option to attach photos where I need to provide my response.

Can you help me understand how to do it? So next time I'll know how to do it?

Use the eBay return procedure, there you can attach all the necessary photos…. https://www.ebay.it/help/buying/returns-refunds/restituisci-un-oggetto-cambio-di-un-rimborso?id=4041

Thanks for the reply. I had to contact eBay anyway to solve the problem.
