I BOUGHT FROM ebay some little figurines I had been looking for for 25 years. Despite the perfect packaging, half of them arrived damaged. Great disappointment for me and the seller. They were my mother’s. Question!!! Did I pay ebay the full amount? I demand a 50% refund. Whose fault is it? The seller did everything correctly. The couriers tossed it around and crushed it, especially the package, which was also fairly sturdy. I would like a phone contact with you if possible.

Mentore1 year agoYou give the money to the seller, not to eBay, and it's the seller who can give you a partial refund if they want to and, as the sender, claim compensation from the courier
