Unable to create the shipping label

It won’t let me create the shipping label for an order they placed because it says there are no delivery services available. I don’t know how to solve the problem. Any advice?

Do you sell posters and therefore I assume you ship them in tubes.

If you can't find suitable services on ebay, no one is stopping you from using postal services.
