Unable to create a listing from an item for sale

Hello everyone. I've been trying for days to post the listing for this book: Julia Nobel, the mystery of black hollow lane, but the site responds like this:
"An error occurred. The simplified selling form is currently unavailable. Try again later.
Below is the link to my selling console."
I thought it was a temporary outage, but nothing. I tried with another random item and everything works perfectly.
Can anyone tell me why?
