Impossible to leave feedback for a seller, the item purchased is "not ready" even after months
At the end of September I bought a smartphone for spare parts, in "good condition". When I opened it I discovered that the battery had probably caught fire, there were fragments of white powder (lithium) everywhere and some parts were melted. The seller did not accept the return, and immediately closed the case without even a reply. Beyond the "scam" I received, I believe that selling items like this is very dangerous and eBay should better protect buyers who discover these problems.

Mentore1 year agoIf you had followed the procedure prescribed by eBay, you would have been refunded anyway, regardless of the seller’s wishes, probably without even an obligation to return the item (which in any case would have been the seller’s responsibility).
Feedback has a maximum release time of 60 days.
