Unable to set up automatic shipping cost calculation
Hello,
I can't manage to set up shipping with calculated cost as described in this article, https://www.ebay.it/help/selling/shipping-items/impostare-le-opzioni-di-spedizione?id=4089 , I only see the fixed rate or local pickup options, I also tried enabling the rules manager but when I go to create a new shipping rule it's not in the list as shown in the screenshot. What am I doing wrong?

to obtain the automatic cost, you need to set several parameters: weight, volume, size and cost based on the parameters mentioned.
