Unable to get the shipping label by clicking "print label".

After entering weight and dimensions, even before clicking on "confirm and pay", the page "oops something went wrong, etc." inevitably appears (on any browser). And you have to do things the other, less automatic and longer way. Am I doing something wrong, or is the system not working?

So how do you do it, but the problem is that it would be much simpler if the "print label" button worked, which appears as soon as you decide to ship
