Unable to return the item

Today I received the item, but it wasn’t working properly and I contacted the seller for a return. I started the process, but after entering the reason and the photos it won’t let me continue with the process. Why?

If you didn’t get a message telling you that the seller now has 3 working days to solve the problem, maybe the process was interrupted. Probably because you selected the reason incorrectly.
