Hello, I’m really despairing of solving this. I bought a mobile phone described as no brand, which then turned out to be Vodafone-branded. The seller didn’t provide any procedure to unlock it, so I requested a return, but for three days they didn’t respond or send a return label, so I opened a dispute. At that point they replied saying that since I had opened the dispute they could not send the return label and that they hadn’t replied because they were away on vacation. So I closed the dispute, but it’s no longer possible to request the return, and I can’t even reopen a dispute to notify eBay that the seller wrote to me telling me to find a solution with eBay.I’m trying to find a way to contact eBay but I keep getting bounced around by automatic buttons that end in a dead end of a return that appears completed, when in fact you can see from the status that the item hasn’t even been shipped yet because I’m still missing the return label. I buy online all the time and I’ve never had a problem like this. It’s going in circles and no result is being achieved, help, what can I do?
