Unable to return a damaged item
Hello everyone. I have a big problem with a seller: last month I bought a vacuum cleaner that broke after just 2 days; I started a return request, but after a few days and a couple of messages the seller never got back to me at all, so I opened a dispute, but in the end EBay closed it because the item wasn't covered by the Customer Guarantee. At that point I turned to PayPal, but to get a refund they ask me for proof that I returned the item. Too bad I can't go ahead with it because the seller refuses to give me a return address, using the excuse that since I opened a claim I basically have to sort it out myself... but is all this even possible? What should I do? Thanks.

Mentore2 years agoIn the post you wrote last month on the same topic, you said the seller was a "professional" with contact details; let Paypal know that, if you don't receive any other instructions, you will send it there.

OP2 years agoBut actually there are 2 addresses, one is the shop, the other is their warehouse. Then this story that they have to wait for the case to be closed on eBay... but as I already wrote, the case is already closed. They’re stalling too much, I just wrote them yet another message that they’re the ones who need to give me an address for returning the goods.
