Unable to reopen the return process
Good morning, I wanted to return an item to the seller and in fact I opened the return procedure. After private agreements between me and the seller, I closed the procedure. These agreements were not respected, so I wanted to reopen the procedure but I can no longer do that and I don't know how else to proceed. Does anyone have any advice?

Mentore1 year agoHere... a classic example of someone who trusts only words!
You shouldn't have closed the request before the seller honored the agreed terms!
You can't do anything else now, except contact the payment method.
They say you learn from your mistakes!
