Unable to respond to help requests on this blog page
I wonder why this section of the blog is called "Questions and answers between users" if you can't reply to other advertisers' requests for help, since this section is closed to comments, unlike the other sections like Buying on Ebay or Payments and shipping etc where I was able to reply, sharing my experience or suggesting possible solutions to the problems.
