Unable to verify my account
Summary: lucpenn80 reported a problem with account verification, describing that it is not possible to complete the process.
Good afternoon, I'm desperate and writing here.
I created this account in Sept 2025, I entered my details and a great photo of my ID front and back, but nothing, the red banner keeps staying there
To avoid future problems with incoming payments, you must update the account registration details.
Basically, I sent some items and I can't collect my money or even receive feedback.
I contacted Customer Service, but although they were very kind they weren't able to tell me what the problem was.
I wrote an email to CS, but no one replied to me.
Please suggest solutions, I'm really losing out here! Thanks!
