Unable to make a return
I opened a return request and I only got an ID, not a shipping ID. I went to the post office with this number, but there I was told that a QR code is needed and I can't find it anywhere. Does anyone know how I can solve this?

Mentore3 weeks agoIf you haven't received any shipping label, there was no point in going to the Post Office... you yourself state that "no it is a shipping ID".
So first of all, make sure whether the request has been accepted by the seller, they have 4 days to reply to you; if they don't, ask eBay for help.

Mentore3 weeks agoAsk the seller what kind of shipping he purchased, maybe it's an SDA shipment that has to be taken to an SDA collection center or maybe it includes home pickup.
