inability to participate in auctions
When I take part in auctions, clicking on the little blue "make an offer" window the page doesn’t open, so I can’t place my bid. Sometimes, but rarely, I manage to do it by clicking on the "number of bids," that is, the line below the starting price shown. eBay says everything is fine; every now and then I get the message "server problems." What should I do?
