Impossibility of a Belgian buyer to complete the purchase of a book on eBay
A potential buyer of a book I have for sale lives in Belgium. I changed the shipping costs, but he tells me that it is not enough and that in order to buy the item I "must accept shipping to Belgium" and I don't know how to modify the listing. It's my first experience with a sale abroad.
