Language setting in Italian but field labels in English | Questions and answers among users

For a few days now, when I do shipping for a sale, the field headers come up in English; they seem more like code fields, as if there were a problem reading the site's HTML page correctly on eBay. Has anyone ever had the same problem and knows how to fix it? I should point out that I have everything set correctly in Italian. So I don't understand why it's doing this. I'm attaching a screenshot. Thanks.
