Waiting for the buyer to approve the partial refund

Question

Hi everyone, I proposed a partial refund for an incorrect dispute, but I’d prefer to close it quickly.

On the console I see "Waiting for the buyer to approve the partial refund" for more than 10 days.

Should I wait, or is there a time limit for the buyer to accept the partial refund?

Clearly the buyer isn’t जवाबing to my messages.....

Hello,it isn’t written in the rules how long the partial refund offer remains valid... but in theory, if the buyer does nothing, after 21 days the return request should close in your favor due to inactivity. Kind regards.
