The laser engraver breaks after 3 months, they send a replacement part (2-month wait) and the problem doesn’t change. I contact the seller again and for a month we go back and forth by email, in my opinion just to waste my time; in one of the last emails they tell me that in the meantime the warranty has expired and that the parts will be sent to me but I’ll have to pay the costs, I reply that that’s not a problem.
They reply that I have to replace a part but once the damage has been confirmed, they tell me to sort it out myself by sending me an email contact to buy the spare parts, without even telling me which part I need to buy or an identification code for the replacement part!
I contact the address they provided me, but I’m told that they don’t have any spare parts to sell. Can anyone help me on how to open a dispute through eBay?

Mentore1 year agoBoth eBay and Paypal can’t help you... they could have done it within 30 days of delivery.
Kind regards.

OP1 year agoThank you very much, in fact I contacted eBay customer service and they told me the same thing, the only thing is to report the seller who for other things is violating eBay's rules but that wouldn't solve my problem! Thanks again
