Data inconsistency in the shipping summary
Hello, I have a discrepancy in the name on the shipping summary that needs to be printed and included inside the package; the name is incorrect even though I updated my name in all the other fields in my account. How do I update it in the shipping summary too?

Don’t change that address; instead, cancel the sale.
In case of a dispute, if you shipped to an address different from the one eBay gave you, you lose everything.

OP2 years agoYou didn't understand what I wrote, the address is not wrong, my name is wrong in the order summary, how do I get it to show the correct one?
