Unsure what to do with a shipment

I bought an item in Thailand at the end of November 2024.
The seller claims he put it on a plane from the country of origin on 4.12.2024 and sent me a tracking number that I don't know where he got; from it it appears that the item should have arrived in Milan Roserio on 4.12.2024.
Italian Post says that the item has not arrived and is still in Thailand, and that only the seller can do something about it.
Yesterday, January 2, 2025 at 9:00 in the morning Italian time, I wrote to the seller for help.
At the moment I have not received a reply.
The package should arrive by 23.01.2025.
I also filed a complaint with Italian Post.
What would you do in my place?
Would you contact eBay?

Mentore1 year agoBefore that date, any contact with eBay is pointless.
You simply need to be patient... after all, you should have known that buying from a non-EU country the delivery times would be very long... as also indicated in the estimated delivery date.
