Compensation for lost shipments with labels purchased directly from eBay
Good morning, I’d like to know whether anyone has had experience with shipments via eBay. I usually buy the label through packlink (eBay shipping) and, in the event of a lost international parcel by the courier Bartolini, I received full compensation (item value + shipping). On packlink it explicitly states that the maximum reimbursement is €35, and for higher amounts you can choose to pay an additional fee. As for labels purchased through eBay, however, I haven’t been able to find clear, explicit information. Has anyone had experience or managed to clarify how compensation works with Poste Italiane and Bartolini couriers? InPost seems clear to me, there is reimbursement up to €40 (it is not specified regarding the cost of the label).
