Address
Hello, I'm a private seller who occasionally makes sales here on eBay. A few days ago I completed a sale on the site and, as usual, I downloaded the label and everything, then sent the parcel. In the following days the parcel arrived at the courier and then ended up being held there. I was contacted by the buyer, who asked me why the parcel had not arrived and gave me the address again. At that point I realized that the ZIP code provided by eBay is completely wrong; in fact, it is for a totally different area and that address obviously does not exist. I shipped with BRT. The person who bought it contacted BRT, where the parcel is still being held, but the shipper replied that only the sender can change the destination address. Since the shipment is handled directly by eBay, the sender is eBay, so I can't change anything. How do you solve this riddle, where I'm being penalized through no fault of my own and the buyer wants to withdraw from the purchase?

Mentore2 years agoThe sender, for BRT, is Packlink.
Contact ebay-Packlink customer service; first of all, we need to understand who made the mistake.
