Incorrect shipping address
Hello,
the label generated by eBay has put in the wrong house number. Delivery was unsuccessful for this reason.
I contacted Poste Italiane and they told me I have to sort it out directly with eBay. Has this already happened to anyone? How should I go about it? Thanks so much to anyone who can help me.

Mentore3 weeks agoSend the buyer a copy of your shipping receipt, point out that you shipped to the address provided to you by eBay (the one he registered on his account) and that the delivery was not successful due to an address error.
Wait for his next move.
If he opens a dispute on eBay, reply with the tracking number provided by Packlink, highlighting the address error.
If the package comes back to you, ask him whether he prefers a partial refund or wants to pay for a second shipment to the correct address.
