Wrong shipping address
Good evening, I shipped directly with Ebay. The package did not arrive because the address was incomplete. The buyer admitted that they had entered the wrong address and gave me the correct one. I called Poste, and they told me to handle everything through eBay... how do I contact eBay?

Mentore2 years agoIf you bought the shipping label on eBay, you can try through the service seller: Packlink. Even though I fear it may not be possible to change the address.
