Incorrect address and lost package
Hello, I shipped a package to the buyer's address, which then turned out to be incorrect. The courier arranged for it to be returned to the sender, but the package appears to be lost and for this reason I received a refund.
I would like to ship the buyer another copy of what they purchased. What should I do?
The initial sale is still showing as open and with the incorrect shipping address.
