I bought an item from the UK and it has been stuck with Pitney Bowes for several days, showing an incorrect address and an inability to ship to Italy, where I live.

eBay reports the same problem, and tells me to contact Pitney Bowes (which is unreachable), and Pitney Bowes tells me to contact eBay or the seller. eBay is unreachable and the seller says they can't do anything.

The Italian handler is Poste, and they too report an incorrect address for delivery. I contacted them to report the correct address, but I obviously received no reply.

In all this, the address is correct, I think I only entered the bell details one line above, and I imagine that makes it show as incorrect.

I suggested to the seller that we cancel the order and I buy the item again, but he brushed it off.

What can I do? Should I open a dispute?
