Incomplete address?
Hello!
This morning (the required day) I sent his purchase to a buyer whose address was First and Last Name, via Tal dei Tali no. Tot (this information was provided), at "intesa", ZIP Tot, City.
The buyer contacted me as soon as he noticed the sale 3 hours after the purchase (on 12/31) to confirm the address "at intesa" but has not (yet) replied, so this morning I sent the package (book parcel).
Now I’m keeping my fingers crossed that the books arrive in a reasonable amount of time (I had also asked whether he preferred tracking, an option that is usually not considered) and in any case that they arrive. If the same situation comes up again, what should I do?

no one has a crystal ball to see in advance whether the shipment will arrive or not... one thing is certain: with a shipment without tracking, you can never be sure of delivery, but you will only have to trust what the buyer tells you... they could even tell you that they haven't arrived while they are already reading your books... and in this case, you won't be able to refute their claim in any way.
So my advice is, avoid including similar shipping methods in your listing.... and above all, avoid using them.
