Wrong address seller
I bought some spare parts for my car from a German seller. I paid and he shipped the package with DHL. I receive the tracking but the package never arrives and gets sent back because he entered the wrong address and the courier did not deliver it, sending everything back to the sender (as stated by DHL Italy) after several messages with the seller I send him the tracking info and the documentation showing the address error, I notify eBay support who rejects my claim three times … I have been writing to the seller since December and he is turning a deaf ear; yesterday I discovered that the package is in Germany ready to be picked up by him since the 5th. First he denies it and says he never received it. Then he says he wants more money to resend me the package. Today he again says that it did not arrive to him. eBay support washes its hands of it. I don't know how to solve the problem.

Mentore3 years agoIf the address error was made by the seller, you were entitled to a refund.

You probably made some procedural mistake (or didn't explain yourself clearly), since in the vast majority of cases eBay sides with the buyer.
