So either you politely ask to cancel the order, explaining the problem, and then place the order again, or it will be delivered to the wrong address you entered... if you can't but it is still delivered anyway, you won't be able to claim anything from either eBay or the seller, because the mistake was yours.
If instead it gets returned to the seller, you will have to pay for a new shipping, or the seller may refund you only the cost of the item.
