Hello, I made two purchases on eBay. The first order has been shipped, but the seller did not provide me with the tracking number. I sent them several messages but got no reply. The second order is awaiting shipment; in this case too, I wrote to the seller several times to find out the status of the order but they did not reply.
What should you do when sellers give no response at all?

Mentore3 years agoWait patiently... and maybe read the order processing times shown in each listing, and if the estimated delivery date has passed, open a report:
