Good evening, I selected Poste Italiane as the courier for sending the sold package; when creating the label (to print and attach to the package) I paid the shipping transaction. The package therefore shows as sent to me (via Bartolini, which I hadn’t selected but it’s fine), and now I have the shipping number without having actually sent the package yet. How can I find my label so I can proceed with the shipment? Help 🤦🏻♀️😱
