hello this is my 4th message that I’m sending you and you have never replied... anyway as customer service you’re the worst on the web, in fact I won’t buy from you anymore because you don’t protect us customers... I sent the remote control a long time ago, I didn’t take one of your labels but I sent it by post via registered mail number 2005803005860, you closed everything but as of today my 20 euros still haven’t arrived, what am I supposed to do, do I have to go to a lawyer?? let me know thanks

To request a refund, did you enter the return code within the eBay process?
