Hello, when purchasing a car product, namely a kit of various bodywork accessories, from a seller shipping from the United Kingdom, Scotland, I find myself in an ambiguous situation: if I contact the seller, they say they can't ship to Italy because of the overall size of the package, but if I buy by following the normal eBay process and also in the shipping information, etc., it says that shipping to Italy is possible and it lets me proceed normally

I think the word spoken directly by the seller is more reliable than that dictated by an automatic system...
So if the package can’t be shipped to Italy because of size/weight and/or contents... ask for cancellation and a refund... knowing that you will lose the currency exchange fees.
