PURCHASE INFO AS A COMPANY
If I am the holder of a private eBay account, but I want to buy a phone on behalf of the company I’m a partner in, what should I do? I saw that if I use the company credit card and enter the company billing details, it won’t let me proceed with the purchase

you can't make purchases on eBay with a VAT number.
Buy freely from a professional EU seller, asking in advance whether they can issue an invoice, and then you'll send them the details so they can issue it at the time of purchase or immediately afterward.
