I need to modify a negative feedback for a user because I entered it hastily after receiving the item not as described. Subsequently, I got in touch with the seller, obtaining clarification and the corresponding refund. The seller kindly asks to be able to make this change, but I don't know how. Waiting for a solution. Thanks.

Only the seller can send you a feedback revision request, if they still have any available.
