Hello, I recently registered as a business to buy some items. Before making the purchase I tried to contact the seller (international) to find out whether they could actually issue me an invoice. When I tried to send the message, I got the error "user not found". I then tried to do the same thing with another seller, but the error persists.
Could you help me?
