Info on the new "eBay Shipping" service, how does it work?
Hello everyone,
I haven't been on eBay for a while, I just sold a book and I found out about this new "shipping" service. My question is: can it be bypassed? I had entered a pretty cheap shipping method (registered book mailing), but when I enter the envelope dimensions with this new service, the shipping cost would be much higher and it wouldn't be worth it for me to pay that much.
Is there anyone more experienced who would know how to do it?

Mentore2 years agoThere is no obligation to use Packlink services that are offered on eBay under agreement.
You can go to the post office (or a courier) and use the service you prefer.

OP2 years agoWhen I click on the sold item, it takes me directly to the service and to printing the label after payment, so from what you're telling me I'm not obliged to use it

Mentore2 years agoHello,
it is not mandatory to use eBay's shipping service.
You can ship independently, remembering to update the status of your sale by entering the tracking number.
Best regards.
