Info to cancel paid order
Hi everyone, I wanted to know if it has ever happened to anyone to want or need to cancel an order that has already been paid for.
let me explain, I have an item, a watch case where, one way or another, you do need to ask questions, but it has already happened to me to sell without contacting the customer, but when it happens for spare parts, never; in fact, the last time I had a similar situation, I ended up losing a good part of my profit. Do you have any experience with this?
I tried to contact the customer both on eBay and by phone, but nothing.
it was to make sure that was the item they were looking for/wanted, but nope, no response.
