Info for correct shipping
I'd like to ask if anyone can give me some information on how to send a registered letter with the sold product enclosed and how to prove with certainty that I included the document, so as to avoid disputes about a "empty envelope or non-compliant document." Thanks

Mentore3 weeks agoThis certainty does not exist.
Video or photos have no value at all (you could have prepared two identical envelopes and filmed the preparation of one, then sent the empty one).
