Good evening, I have a question. I returned the package I received using a return code at a Bartolini pickup point. I was not given any receipt. How does the procedure work? How can I know when the seller has received my return? Thanks

If you do have the return code, use that to track the package and see when it arrives at the seller.

if you don't have any tracking code, you can't keep track of it.
