Return info
Hi, I bought an item that arrived completely damaged. Looking at the info again, it says that returns are the buyer's responsibility. I’m writing to the seller explaining the situation and sending the photos, but they say it’s still my responsibility. Do you think that’s right? Thanks

Mentore2 years agoThe return is the buyer's responsibility only in case they change their mind.
If, however, the item is not as described (different, broken, defective, etc.....), the return, by law, is the seller's responsibility.
Anything they may write in the listing is absolutely irrelevant.
Request a return and refund through the eBay procedure ..... https://www.ebay.it/help/buying/returns-items-not-received-refunds-buyers/restituisci-un-oggetto-cambio-di-un-rimborso?id=4041&st=7&po=2&uci=0&ri=0
If, after 3 business days, you do not receive the prepaid label from the seller to make the return, ask eBay to step in ...... https://www.ebay.it/help/buying/default/ask-ebay-to-step-in?id=4701
