REFUND INFO
Hello, I would like to buy an item that is located abroad; the seller (apparently a company and not a private individual) confirms to me, however, that the part I am buying is the right one for my car and that it will definitely fit.
If unfortunately this were not the case, can I send it back to the sender and get the full amount refunded, including shipping costs both ways?
Does the seller have to explicitly state that if an item is not compliant there is the possibility of replacement or refund, or is that something automatic with eBay?
THANK YOU!

Mentore3 years agoI would add that if the spare part matches the description but is not compatible with your car (because of a restyling or something else...), it is considered an incorrect purchase, so the return is at your expense.
Kind regards.

Mentore3 years agoIf the item does not match the description, you can return it with return shipping costs covered by the seller. Whether to accept the return or not refers exclusively to the buyer's change of mind (and in this case the return shipping costs are covered by the buyer). https://www.ebay.it/help/buying/returns-refunds/restituisci-un-oggetto-cambio-di-un-rimborso?id=4041&st=7&po=2&uci=0&ri=0
In general, companies use the chassis number to provide absolute assurance that the replacement part is compliant.
